I found these very beautiful words and I just couldn’t keep them to myself:
Happiness is when the grass grows
Happiness is like a sun ray, which enters inside your tent and caresses your face
Happiness is a clear sky on a day when you decided to run on a field
Happiness is when you want to cuddle sleepy in someone’s arms
Happiness is when the leaves fall while you’re pick-nicking in the park
Happiness is when you remember how happy you are when you love
If you take someone who has a lot of work to do, that someone might tell you that he or she would like to have nothing to work. On the other hand, if you take someone who has nothing to work, you might find that he or she eventually will want to do something, because it ends up to be extremely tiring to have nothing to work.
Well, that’s me. I hate to have nothing to do. I actually wonder if I could stay still for too long. Yes, for a limited amount of time I can be patient, but eventually I have to do something.
Now I’m waiting for something to do, something challenging…

For some time now I’ve been thinking about limits. At first, I thought I had an idea what limits are, and how you might be able to define the “border” that represents a limit. A few days ago I had the chance to experience a very demanding climb that challenged my physical endurance limits. While I stepped from the region of comfort and pleasure into the region of physical and psychical endurance I began to ask myself a few questions, making parallels between this climb and the “climbs” in life.
It all started in a beautifully divine valley where I laid on the ground, while the sun was hugging me in his warm light. From that valley we visualized an imaginary path to a peak towering one of the edges of the valley. We started to climb on one of it’s ridges with the peak in sight, however, the climb proved to be longer then initially expected, and as I got closed to the peak it became more demanding. Soon the peak disappeared from sight and I couldn’t estimate how much I had to climb to reach it. While I was making this climb I realized that this is what happens in life: we set ourselves a goal, we visualize the path to achieving that goal and we start our endeavor. We don’t really know what challenges await us, but we go on leaded by our goal which remains in sight. However, the closer we come to it, the more elusive it seams, and at one moment itĀ disappears for sight altogether. Then our perseverance kicks in, and our will power keeps us going eventhough all our efforts seam in vain. So we go on and when we least expected we realize that we’ve reached our goal, we’re on top of the peak with the entire valley at our feet. But in order to reach the peak we have to challenge our limitation…
All in all, I still don’t know how to define “limits”, but I’m challenging mine whenever I can.
The truth is that this is not the outcome of any actual brainstorming activity as it is commonly known, it is in fact a collection of words picked up during a “fascinating” workshop I had the opportunity to take part in. See if it makes any sense:
According to our interests I thinks this is where we have to concentrate there are ideas, but we have no idea that’s the problem, because we have different approaches I think this is the most unclear part how can I improve? we are in a very critical situation where do we spend/waste? could it be here? nobody cares after all but the real work enjoyment matters we have to think about the future, too all your activities end up in improving this reality is hard too bad it has nothing to do with our needs, but it’s just to keep us busy you are convinced that you have done something right, and there’s nobody else who thinks so too don’t waste the time and face it when you will work on that? I’m afraid you already know…
Writing down these words I realized that that workshop was quite productive, and if I had payed more attention I could have picked up even more interesting words. I find it very interesting to make such collages of words, the end result can be surprising. And by adding a few commas here and there it could result in an enlightning piece of text.

Things always happen when we least expect them, or almost always.
While strolling down the street I run into a character who apparently is a writer. He doesn’t really suit my tastes in terms of people, but he did manage to give me a piece of good advice: “You should write, it will help you!”. The rest of the conversation was me trying to get out of there faster.
Careless of my personal feelings towards that character, he is right. Writing has many benefits. Writing can be a healing process, or it can help put things into perspective, or it can only be a way to satisfy a need for communication. Eventhough for the time being we can’t see the benefits brought by writing, on the long run they will become apparent.
So, here is me writing…from time to time…

It is said that we find ourselves at a certain moment in time in exactly the right place (for us), however, the reason why that is the right place eludes us in the majority of the time.
It so happened that I was “stuck” in a long, technical workshop that didn’t really peak my interests. Among the many words said one caught my attention and consequently my imagination: PLAYGROUND.
On a bigger level the planet we inhabit is our playground that offers us plenty of experiences that we can “test”, or better said “taste”, in order to give us the opportunities to grow. Each and every one of us has a set of lessons to learn and in conformity with these lessons we are brought in a certain “playground” that facilitates a particular experience to occur.
So, I’m playing like a little child in this big playground that is our world.

Every day I find new things that pop up and attract my attention. One such thing was an interview with a qauntum scientist named Bruce Lipton. Among the many aspects he discussed, he brought up the topic of what determines the course of our lives. Many of us might like to believe that we control our lives or that our conscious mind determines our so called evolution through life. In fact, only 5% of the way we live is influenced by the conscious mind, the other 95% is controlled by our preprogrammed subconscious mind.
The subconscious mind is formed through observations of the environment we live in, input which is absorbed without any discernment. This results in a “blending in” in the environment we live in, a sort of “fitting in” in terms of needs, wishes, desires, goals, expectations, states of mind, states of spirit, evolution and so on. Whether we like it or not, we are not really in control of our lives. Actually, we are preprogrammed by the society we live in to follow certain patterns of evolution. However, if we want to break the chains we have to replace the patterns already memorized by our subconscious with other healthier patterns. To do this we have to work consciously on the way we live, we have to redraw how we think, how we relate to the experiences we have, we have to push the border between the conscious mind and the subconscious further and further until we gain the control of our body and mind and not vice-versa.

One of those deep questions that trouble some of us:
Where are you heading at?
Do you say you have an answer?

Reading through my own posts I run across the post about Hugs and that made me remember a very beautiful and elevating experience.
Some time ago I had the opportunity to take part in an event organized to promote the belief in the existence of angels. Careless of your personal believes, I think it’s very pretty to think that such beings exist and that their role is to watch over us and guide us if we decide to call upon their help. However this is not the topic I want to discuss. As a part of this event I had to dress up as an angel and give free hugs to any willing passer-by. This proved to be a very fruitful experience, and I began to realize the truth behind the saying that if you offer/give, you yourself will be receiving and you will have more to give. Even though I gave many hugs, and some of them I felt as very emotional, especially for the receiver, I felt more and more generous, wanting to give more and more hugs. These wish was additionally prompted by the fact that I noticed so many people in need of a bit of affection, of a genuine hug.
The entire experience was very fulfilling! It made me close to ecstatic, I was practically flying with my fake angel wings.
In one very average evening, after a very long and tiring day, fate made me stumble across an interesting song. What caught my attention was something the pretty voice sang, she went something like this:
“Only change can happen when you change yourself”
This isn’t the first time I run across these words, put in many different ways, but all saying the same thing: I order to change something, you need to start by changing yourself first.
I found many reasons to motivate this belief. For instance if you want to change somebody, or to change some of their believes or parts of their behavior, the best way to do this is by showing them through your personal example that that change can be done and which are the benefits of making that particular change. This goes hand in hand with the saying “actions speak louder than words”. These means that if you, yourself, act towards changing an aspect about yourself, the power of your personal example will be much grater than any good advice you could be able to give, but which wouldn’t be founded on any real facts.
So if you start by changing yourself, you have started one of the first steps of changing the world…you have created a precedent, you and may others that want to change the world. One by one, all together we will determine a change on a larger scale.
